Lovely Luxury Getaway!

I adored the welcome mocktail at check-in. The resort's organization was excellent, with seamless service everywhere. The interior design was awesome, and the exterior was even better! I was generously upgraded to a suite. It was like a luxurious apartment!

The pool area got a bit crowded with day visitors. It was especially noticeable on the weekend. There were more small children around. The hotel seemed focused on quantity over quality.

The staff remembered my name. They addressed me personally at every interaction. They handled every request swiftly and professionally! The concierge assisted with reservations. I really appreciate it!

My room featured a spacious balcony. The view of the palm was amazing! The bathroom included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. I found premium toiletries. The room had a fully stocked mini-bar!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international cuisines. It was excellent. I tried the Italian restaurant. The pasta was freshly made! I found that the staff were really attentive, they provided perfect service.

The pool area included twenty loungers. There was also a shaded section. I used the gym. I noticed it had three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. The private beach was well-kept! I loved it!

The hotel is located at the end of the Palm. This made it quiet and peaceful. Access to main attractions was simple. Taxis were readily available. I found the setting perfect!

The suite's massive terrace was so good! The butlers gave efficient service. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. The building and grounds are very nice.
